Martha Van Der Bly

Martha is currently working on A Real Irish Girl with Colm Mullen and A Viennese Girl with Marcus Richardson. A Real Irish Girl is shot on location in the Wicklow Mountains. 8.5. hrs, featuring Martha as Lori, is the opening film of the Waterford Film Festival on 4 November. Time Out, Martha’s first script, a dark drama, is in pre-production by BlackFrame and directed by Camiel Zwart. With a brilliant crew on board, casting has started. The model-section of this website is updated. It includes unpublished photographs of Martha, by Samuel Beckett photographer John Minihan, probably the most important Irish photographer alive today.
